How do I know if my watch is using GPS?
Please see the image below showing the various symbols that appear on the watch and what each symbol means. When the watch is being picked up on GPS you will see the GPS symbol on the watch as per number 5 below.
Adding a watch I am getting an error message “Adding watch failed”
Please check that the watch is charged, is powered on and showing the correct time. To “Power On” the watch, simply press the button for 4 seconds, until WatchOvers appears on screen.

The Watch is Already Assigned to Another Guardian?
