Yes, there is a low battery alert that is sent when the battery level reaches 20%, this is sent by App notification. Anyone who has downloaded the Carepro+ app and added the watch will receive the app notification. Please note push notifications need to be turned on, on each mobile phone.
Who will receive alert messages when the Safe Zones / Geo Zones boundaries are breached?
Anyone who has added the watch to their app will receive the alert message when the boundaries are breached from the app. As with all alert messages, the message settings on your phone must be set to allow messages.
