Is the Assure 4G watch-phone waterproof?
No, the Assure 4G watch-phone is not waterproof. It is not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming or other similar water conditions. Care should be taken while washing your hands.
Can the volume be increased or decreased?
On the watch, swipe left until you see “Settings”, tap this one and scroll down to Volume Setting. You can control the volume for Media, Alarm & Ring Volume here- On each a symbol appears, touch the watch screen to increase or lower the volume. There are 3 different levels to choose from.

In the app, choose the Map screen. From here choose the History Tab, you will be able to choose the date, start time and end time of the latest journey. The final pin location on this track will show you the last recorded GPS Location when outside.
