How do I call a number from the watch?

To make an SOS Call from the watch, simply press and hold down the black SOS button on the side of the watch.

To make a call to pre entered numbers in your phone book, simply short press the SOS button once to light up the watch, then swipe the screen right until you see “Contact”, tap the screen and the list of contacts to choose from will appear.

Or you can use the keypad and enter any number to call by swiping left until you see the “Phone” header.  Please note this feature can be disabled in the app to restrict the numbers allowed call by the watch.
