Firstly ensure that the cable is connected correctly to your watch. The magnetic points on the cable should snap tight to the magnetic pins on the watch.
Next check that the watch is charging after you connect the cable. A battery symbol will appear on the watch showing the watch is charging.
Try charging the watch using a different socket or test the socket you are using with another appliance to confirm the socket is working correctly
Check if there any sign of damage to the watch or could water have gotten into the watch?
Do a visual check of the charging points on the back of the watch to see if any appear to be damaged or missing. Repeat this check for the magnetic end to the charging cable.
